Vishay BCcomponents 118 AHT Series - High Temperature Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
The Vishay BCcomponents 118 AHT series are polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid electrolyte, designed for high-temperature applications. Featuring axial leads and a cylindrical aluminum case insulated with a blue sleeve, these capacitors offer excellent charge and discharge proofing, extended useful life up to 8000 hours at 125 C, and an extended operating temperature range up to 150 C. They are miniaturized with a high CV-product per unit volume, making them ideal for automotive, industrial, and telecommunication applications requiring smoothing, filtering, coupling, decoupling, and timing functions. They are also suitable for portable and mobile equipment, low mounting height boards, vibration and shock-resistant applications, and outdoor use. These capacitors are designed for use after very long storage periods (10 years) without applied voltage.
