The Vishay BC components AY2 Series is an AEC-Q200 qualified, automotive-grade ceramic disc safety capacitor designed for EMI suppression and filtering applications. These Class X1 (440 VAC) and Class Y2 (300 VAC) capacitors offer high reliability, withstanding demanding environmental tests and temperature cycles. They are suitable for use in electric and hybrid vehicles, such as battery chargers and DC/DC converters, and comply with major international safety standards.
