Product Overview

The Vishay Sprague 593D TANTAMOUNT Solid Tantalum Surface Mount Chip Capacitors feature a molded case and low ESR, making them suitable for high ripple current applications. These capacitors are compatible with automatic pick and place equipment and meet EIA-717 and EIA-535-BAAC requirements. Effective September 2005, new ratings are available in the TR3 series, which offers state-of-the-art low ESR for switch mode power supplies and DC/DC converters.
