Vishay Dale IHLP-4040DZ-5A Automotive Inductors
The Vishay Dale IHLP-4040DZ-5A series offers high-temperature (up to 155 C) shielded construction inductors designed for demanding automotive applications. These inductors provide excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 2 MHz and are suitable for filter inductor applications up to the SRF. Key features include the lowest DCR/H in its package size, high transient current handling without saturation, and ultra-low buzz noise due to composite construction. They are AEC-Q200 qualified and built with the IHLP design.

Notes
- All test data is referenced to 25 C ambient.
- Operating temperature range: -55 C to +155 C.
- The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 155 C under worst-case operating conditions.
- Rated operating voltage (across inductor) = 75 V.
