Product Overview
The A139x family of linear Hall effect sensor ICs offers a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field. Designed for ultra-low power consumption, these sensors draw less than 25 A in sleep mode, making them ideal for battery-operated devices like cellular phones, digital cameras, and portable tools. They feature a user-selectable sleep mode controlled via a dedicated pin, a high-impedance output during sleep mode for multi-device connectivity, and a ratiometric output that scales with the reference supply voltage. The devices are manufactured with BiCMOS monolithic circuits, incorporating Hall elements, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, and dynamic offset cancellation for high accuracy and stability.
