Vertical Hall effect sensor ic ALLEGRO A1260LLHLT-T with silicon chip and matte tin plated leadframes in SOT23W package
Product Overview
The A1260 is an extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant vertical Hall-effect sensor IC, designed for harsh operating environments. It is actuated by alternating north and south polarity magnetic fields in plane with the device's branded face. The sensor offers superior high-temperature performance up to 175C junction temperature due to dynamic offset cancellation. Available in SOT23W surface-mount and SIP through-hole packages, it allows sensing in various orientations. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output.
