Temperature stable Hall effect latch sensor ALLEGRO APS12212LUAA with lead free SOT23W and SIP package options
Product Overview
The APS12202 and APS12212 are highly temperature-stable and stress-resistant Hall-effect latch sensor ICs, ideal for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150C. They feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset voltage caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. These devices integrate a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. A south polarity magnetic field turns the output ON, while a north polarity field turns it OFF. They operate from supply voltages of 3 to 24 V and are available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) lead-free packages.
