Product Overview
The APS12625 and APS12626 are dual ultrasensitive Hall-effect latches designed for ring magnet applications. They offer flexible 2D magnetic sensing with vertical and planar Hall elements, providing 90 phase separation independent of magnet pole spacing and air gap. These devices are easy to integrate, requiring no target optimization and supporting various orientations (XY, ZX, ZY). The APS12625 provides Speed and Direction outputs, while the APS12626 offers Quadrature outputs. A unique power-cycling restore feature (-P option) prevents lost counts/pulses. They are automotive-grade, qualified per AEC-Q100, and operate from 2.8 to 5.5 V with high magnetic sensitivity and junction temperature operation up to 175C.
