Product Overview
The A1262 is a two-channel, latching Hall-effect sensor IC featuring both vertical and planar Hall elements. Its 2D architecture provides quadrature output signals with 90 phase separation, enabling the determination of speed and direction of rotating ring magnets. This sensor offers flexibility in end-system magnetic design with two sensing options for vertical Hall plate orientation (X or Y) and a planar Hall plate sensitive to magnetic fields perpendicular to the package face (Z). It is available in small footprint packages and is suitable for automotive, industrial, commercial, and consumer applications.
