Product Overview
The KTH462N series is a low-power, latching Hall effect switch sensor designed for detecting two-dimensional magnetic fields. It offers two independent digital outputs, enabling speed and direction calculation (KTH4622 series) or providing independent latching switch outputs per axis (KTH4621 series). The chip supports various switching frequencies and package options to suit diverse applications. It operates within a wide voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and is available in a SOT-23-6L package. The sensor features integrated ultra-sensitive, low-offset Hall plates (X-Y, X-Z, Y-Z), analog switches, differential amplifiers, Schmitt triggers, and NMOS open-drain output circuits, utilizing advanced SPIN, digital filtering, and optimized clock control technologies for stable operation.
