Product Overview
The CC6121 is an orthogonal dual-output, low-temperature drift bipolar latch type Hall effect switch. It integrates two independent channel Hall devices with a fixed relative position (0.5um error accuracy) and signal processing circuits, addressing consistency issues in fine-pitch detectors. Built on BiCOMS process, it features dynamic offset elimination and temperature compensation for consistent magnetic sensitivity, excellent temperature stability, and high mechanical stress resistance. The 1.56mm distance between Hall devices, when used with customized magnetic rings, ensures orthogonal outputs, making it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial detection systems. Available in a TO-94 package, it complies with RoHS standards and operates within a -40~150 temperature range.
