The AH3781 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC with an internal pull-up resistor, designed for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robustness with Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an output overcurrent limit. It is activated by a South pole and deactivated by a North pole of sufficient strength.
