AH3762Q High-Voltage, High-Sensitivity Automotive Hall-Effect Latch
The AH3762Q is an AEC-Q100 qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-Effect latch IC designed for automotive applications such as brushless DC-motor commutation, speed measurement, and angular or linear encoders and position sensors. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V, featuring a chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator for temperature compensation. The device includes reverse blocking diode and Zener clamp on the supply, along with an overcurrent limit and Zener clamp on the output for robustness. The single, open-drain output switches on with a South pole and off with a North pole of sufficient strength. It offers superior temperature stability, minimal switch point drift, and enhanced immunity to stress and RF noise.
