AH1912 Ultra-Low Power Digital Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switch
The AH1912 is an ultra-low power digital Omni-polar Hall Effect switch IC designed for battery-powered consumer products, utility meters, smoke detectors, and IoT devices. Its hibernating clocking system provides an average supply current of only 1.6A at 3V. The wide supply voltage range (1.6V to 5.5V) enhances battery life and supports low-voltage microcontrollers. With advanced chopper stabilization, it offers superior stability over temperature and supply voltage variations. The high ESD capability of 6kV ensures system robustness. The output activates with either a north or south magnetic pole and remains on until the magnetic field strength drops below the release point. Available in industry-standard SC59 and X1-DFN1216-4 packages.
