The DIODES AH3241Q-AH3244Q/AH3280Q-AH3282Q are high voltage, high sensitivity, two-wire Hall Effect Unipolar/Latch switch ICs designed for automotive applications. These AEC-Q100 qualified devices feature integrated self-diagnostics, a wide supply voltage range (2.7V to 27V), chopper-stabilized architecture, and built-in protection mechanisms including reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp, and thermal shutdown with auto-restart. They are ideal for position and proximity sensing in various automotive systems.
