Product Overview
The AH3377 is a high voltage, low sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial and consumer home appliances. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for excellent temperature compensation and minimal switch point drift. The device includes robust protection with a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an over-current limit on the output. It switches ON with a South pole of sufficient strength, and the output remains OFF for North pole fields or no magnetic fields. The polarity for operation differs between SOT23/SIP-3 and SC59 packages.
