The AH3366Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, medium sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for automotive position and proximity sensing applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for reliable performance across temperature variations. The device offers robust protection with integrated reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps, and over-current limit on the output. It switches ON (pulled low) with a South pole of sufficient strength and remains OFF for North pole or no magnetic fields.
