The DIODES AH3231Q-AH3234Q/AH3270Q-AH3272Q are high voltage, high sensitivity, two-wire Hall Effect Unipolar/Latch switch ICs designed for position and proximity sensing in demanding automotive applications. They offer a wide supply voltage range (2.7V to 27V), chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and immunity to stress, and built-in protection features including reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp, thermal protection with auto-restart, and UVLO protection. These AEC-Q100 qualified devices are suitable for applications such as seat and seatbelt buckle detection, transmission and gear position sensing, and door/trunk closure monitoring.
