The AH9247 is a high-sensitivity, micropower Hall-effect switch designed for battery-operated handheld equipment. It features internal pull-up resistor, chopper-stabilized amplifier for improved stability, and a sleep-awake logic to reduce average current consumption. The output latches its previous state during sleep mode, consuming only a few microamperes. It can be activated by either the north or south pole of a magnet. Available in TO92S (TYPE B), SC59, and DFN-2X2-3 packages, it is suitable for applications like cover switches, handheld wireless applications, and low duty cycle magnet switches.
