Product Overview
The AH3763Q is an AEC-Q100 qualified high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-Effect latch IC designed for automotive applications such as brushless DC-motor commutation, speed measurement, and angular or linear encoders. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device includes protection features like a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an overcurrent limit on the output. The single, open-drain output latches ON with a South pole and OFF with a North pole of sufficient strength.
