Product Overview
The AH3362Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, high sensitivity automotive Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC. Designed for position and proximity sensing in demanding automotive applications, it operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V. Its chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator ensure reliable performance across the operating range with excellent temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device features robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches ON (pulled low) when a sufficient South pole magnetic field is detected, and remains ON until the field strength drops below the release point. It is designed to remain OFF for North pole fields or no magnetic fields.
