Product Overview
The AH173 is a single-digital-output Hall effect latch sensor designed for high-temperature operation. It features an internal pullup resistor, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable magnetic sensing in demanding environments. The device integrates a Hall voltage generator, amplifier, comparator with hysteresis for noise rejection, and an output driver. It operates over a wide supply voltage range and provides a temperature-compensated supply voltage. The output switches low when magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (Bop) and switches off when it falls below the release point (Brp).
