AH1751 Hall Effect Latch
The AH1751 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor designed for high-temperature operation. It features an integrated Hall voltage generator, amplifier, comparator for noise rejection with switching hysteresis, and an open-collector output pre-driver. A band-gap regulator ensures temperature-compensated supply voltage and a wide operating range. The device operates as a latch: the output turns on (low) when the magnetic flux density exceeds the Bop threshold and remains on until the field drops below the Brp threshold, at which point it turns off. This makes it suitable for applications requiring robust magnetic sensing and latching behavior.
