Product Overview
The AH3362Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, high sensitivity automotive Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC. Designed for position and proximity sensing in demanding automotive applications, it operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V. Its chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator ensure reliable performance across the operating temperature range. The device features robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches ON with a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field, remaining ON until the field strength drops below the release point. It is designed to remain OFF for North pole fields or the absence of a magnetic field.
