The AH3377 is a high voltage, low sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial and consumer home appliances and personal care applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V, featuring chopper stabilization for temperature compensation and reliability. The device offers a single open-drain output that switches on with a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field. It includes protection features such as a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on the supply and output, and over-current limiting on the output.
