The AH3574 is a high voltage, high sensitivity Hall Effect Omnipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for reliable performance across temperature variations. The device offers superior temperature stability, minimal switch point drift, and enhanced immunity to stress and RF noise. Its robust design includes reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output can be switched on by either the South or North pole of a magnet.
