Product Overview

The GXHT30 is a next-generation, single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by Beijing Galaxy-CAS Technology. It features fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output with a wide supply voltage range (2.0 V to 5.5 V) and an IC interface supporting up to 1 MHz communication speed. With typical accuracy of 3%RH and 0.3C, it offers high reliability and long-term stability. The sensor is ideal for applications in communication equipment, photovoltaic energy storage, consumer electronics, cold chain transportation, smart home, and smart agriculture. Its miniaturized DFN package (2.5 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm) and user-selectable IC addresses make it highly integrable.
