Product Overview
The DIODES AH1392 is a high-sensitivity, ultra-low power digital unipolar Hall effect switch IC with dual outputs. Designed for portable, battery-powered consumer equipment, home appliances, and industrial applications, it operates from a supply voltage of 1.6V to 5.5V. Its micropower consumption, with an average supply current of 1.1A at 1.85V, is achieved through a sleep function. The AH1392 offers a 6kV ESD rating and is available in compact X2-DFN1410-4 and X2-DFN1010-4 (Type B) packages. Output1 activates with a North pole, and Output2 activates with a South pole, providing independent pole detection for design flexibility.
