Hall Effect Omnipolar Switch IC GoChip Elec Tech Shanghai GH1248 with Internally Controlled Clocking
Product Overview
The GH1248/1250/1253 is an ultra-sensitive, micropower Hall-effect omnipolar switch IC with a digital latched output. Designed for battery-powered applications, it features a chopper-stabilized amplifier for improved stability and an internally controlled clocking mechanism to conserve power by cycling the Hall sensor and analog signal processing circuits into a "Sleep" mode. The device is awakened periodically to evaluate magnetic flux against predefined thresholds, switching the output transistor accordingly. Its omnipolar switching behavior means either a north or south pole of sufficient strength will activate the output. Optimized for extended operating lifetime, it is ideal for applications requiring high sensitivity and low power consumption.
