Product Overview

The GH1200 Series is a unipolar Hall effect position sensor designed with CMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, a Hall sensor with dynamic offset compensation, a small signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output driver. This sensor outputs a digital voltage signal suitable for rectangular or cylindrical magnets. When no magnetic field is present, the output is high. When the magnetic field strength exceeds the operating point (BOP), the output switches to low and remains so until the field strength drops below the release point (BRP), at which point the output returns to high. These sensors are ideal for applications requiring contactless switching, position control, and isolation detection.
