GXT310 High-Precision Digital Temperature Sensor for Human Body Temperature Measurement
The GXT310 is a highly integrated digital temperature sensor optimized for human body temperature measurement. It is suitable for applications such as consumer electronics, medical thermometers, and high-precision temperature probes. The GXT310 offers 16-bit temperature output without external sensing components and achieves a measurement error of less than 0.1 within the 30 to 45 range. Each chip is factory-calibrated, eliminating the need for user compensation. It is compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces, supporting communication frequencies up to 1MHz (or 2.3MHz in high-speed mode). With its built-in three-bit address, up to 8 devices can be connected on a single bus, distinguished by the last digit of the product model. The GXT310 is available in WLCSP-4 and MCLGA-4 packages. The WLCSP-4 is extremely small for space-constrained applications, while the MCLGA-4 offers rapid heat transfer, designed for surface skin temperature measurement.
