GXT84/85/86/87 Analog Temperature Sensor
The GXT84/85/86/87 series are analog temperature sensors featuring negative temperature coefficients and factory calibration, eliminating the need for external adjustments. They provide a linear voltage output proportional to Celsius temperature, with average sensor gains of -5.5 mV/C, -8.2 mV/C, -10.9 mV/C, and -13.6 mV/C respectively. These sensors are designed for thermal management, temperature control, and home appliance applications, offering low output impedance, minimal self-heating, and compatibility with LM20/19 and LM35 packages. Available in SOT353, TO-92S, and TO-92 packages.
