Product Overview
The HAL9303R is a compact, general-purpose linear Hall effect sensor. Its output signal level is proportional to the magnetic field strength applied to its sensitive surface. At zero magnetic field, the output voltage is half of the supply voltage. When an S pole is applied to the marked face (TO/SW package), the output voltage increases linearly with magnetic field strength. Conversely, an N pole causes the output voltage to decrease linearly with increasing magnetic field strength. It features low-noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and incorporates thin-film resistors for improved temperature stability and accuracy. The SO package has the opposite sensing polarity compared to the TO/SW package. The operating temperature range is -40C to 150C, making it suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
