The HEIMANN Sensor Thermopile Sensor HTS A11 F8-14 is a new CMOS compatible sensor chip combined with a thermistor reference chip. It offers good sensitivity, a small temperature coefficient of sensitivity, and high reproducibility and reliability. The sensor is designed to meet the requirements of the European Union RoHS Directive and is available in standard transistor outline packages with an IR transmitting filter window.
