The GX18B20SH digital thermometer offers 9 to 12-bit programmable resolution temperature measurements with programmable non-volatile memory for upper and lower alarm limits. It communicates via a single-bus protocol, requiring only one signal and one ground wire. The temperature measurement range is -55C to +125C, with accuracy exceeding 0.1C between 35C and +45C.
