Product Overview
The HAL9303R is a small, general-purpose, linear Hall effect sensor. Its output signal level is proportional to the magnetic field strength applied to the device's sensitive face. At zero magnetic field, the output voltage is half the supply voltage. An 'S' pole on the marked face (TO/SW package) causes the output voltage to increase linearly with magnetic field strength, while an 'N' pole causes it to decrease linearly. It features low-noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and includes thin-film resistors for improved temperature stability and accuracy. The SO package has opposite sensing polarity to the TO/SW package. The operating temperature range is -40 to 150, suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
