Product Overview

The HX6659 series is a linear Hall-effect sensor that provides an analog output proportional to magnetic flux density. It features internal Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and CMOS output stage, offering high-speed, low-noise performance across a wide temperature range (-40 to 125). The sensor has a wide operating voltage range (2.8V to 6.0V) and a quiescent output voltage of VCC/2 when no magnetic field is present. It can detect both North and South magnetic poles, with four selectable sensitivity options to suit various detection ranges. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, the HX6659 is suitable for a broad range of magnetic field detection applications in consumer and industrial sectors.
