Product Overview
The HX6383 is a high-sensitivity, omnipolar, low-power Hall switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. The integrated circuit includes a Hall element, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control, signal amplification and filtering, offset compensation, Schmitt trigger, and push-pull output. It operates from -40 to 85 with a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 6V and consumes an average current of only 5A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
