Product Overview

The HX6382 is a highly sensitive, omnipolar, low-power Hall switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. The integrated circuit includes a Hall effect sensor, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control, signal amplification and filtering, offset compensation, and a Schmitt trigger with a push-pull output. It operates reliably in a temperature range of -40 to 85 with a supply voltage from 1.65V to 3.5V, consuming an average current of only 5A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both are halogen-free compliant.
