HX6474 High Sensitivity, Omnipolar Hall Switch
The HX6474 is a Hall effect integrated circuit designed for omnipolar magnetic sensing. It features reverse voltage protection, an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This sensor is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets, operating across a wide temperature range of -40 to 125 and a supply voltage from 2.5V to 26V, with a load current capability of up to 25mA. Available in halogen-free SOT-23 and TO-92S packages.
