Product Overview
The HX6278 is a unipolar Hall-effect sensor IC utilizing advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. It is optimized for solid-state switch design, specifications, and performance. The output transistor turns ON when exposed to a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field facing the marked side of the package (Bop) and turns OFF in the presence of a weaker magnetic field (Brp), remaining OFF at zero field. The HX6278 operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a supply voltage range from 3V to 24V and a load current capability of up to 50mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
