HuaXin Tech HX6286 High Sensitivity, Unipolar Hall Switch
The HX6286 is a unipolar Hall-effect integrated circuit designed as a magnetic sensor. It features reverse voltage protection, internal voltage regulation, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This device outputs a digital voltage signal based on magnetic field strength and operates with a single magnetic pole, making it suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. It functions within a temperature range of -40 to 125, supports a wide supply voltage from 2.5V to 24V, and can handle load currents up to 50mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.

Induction Direction:
The HX6286 is sensitive to magnetic fields perpendicular to the chip surface, entering from the bottom and exiting from the top, or vice versa. The SOT-23 package is sensitive to North pole magnetic fields when viewed from the marked side. The TO-92S package is sensitive to South pole magnetic fields when viewed from the marked side.
