HX6232 High Sensitivity, Unipolar Hall Switch
The HX6232 is a unipolar Hall effect integrated circuit designed for magnetic sensing applications. It features reverse power supply protection, an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This magnetic sensor circuit takes magnetic induction intensity as input and outputs a digital voltage signal. It operates with a single magnetic pole and is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The HX6232 operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125 and a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V. The open-collector output can sink up to 20mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
