Product Overview
The HX3144 is a high-sensitivity, unipolar Hall effect switch IC designed for magnetic sensing applications. It integrates reverse voltage protection, an internal voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This device operates with a single magnetic pole and is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. It functions within a wide temperature range of -40 to 125, supports supply voltages from 2.5V to 24V, and can handle load currents up to 50mA. Available in halogen-free SOT-23 and TO-92S packages.
