Product Overview

The TLI493D-W2BW is a low-power 3D Hall sensor featuring an I2C interface and a Wake-Up function. It offers 3D magnetic flux density sensing up to 160 mT with programmable sensitivity and a 12-bit data resolution for each measurement direction. The sensor boasts an extremely small form factor, low power consumption in power-down mode (7 nA typ.), and variable update frequencies and power modes. It supports triggering by an external microcontroller, X-Y angular measurement, and provides an interrupt signal for valid measurements. The device is Pb-free (RoHS compliant) and halogen-free.
