HX6278 Low Sensitivity, Unipolar Hall Switch
The HX6278 is a unipolar Hall effect sensor IC utilizing advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. It is optimized for solid-state switch design, specifications, and performance. The output transistor turns on (Bop) in the presence of a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field facing the marked side of the package and turns off (Brp) with a weaker magnetic field, remaining off in zero field. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a supply voltage range of 3V to 24V and a load current capability of up to 50mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
