Product Overview
The HX6474 is a high-sensitivity, omnipolar Hall effect integrated circuit designed for magnetic sensing applications. It features reverse polarity protection, an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This device operates with both North and South magnetic poles, making it suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. It functions within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 26V and a load current capability of up to 25mA. Available in halogen-free SOT-23 and TO-92S packages.
