HXU18 High Sensitivity, Bipolar Latching Hall Switch
The HXU18 is a high-sensitivity, bipolar latching Hall switch manufactured using high-voltage Bipolar process technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation unit, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This Hall switch is designed to provide a digital voltage signal output in response to magnetic field intensity. It features built-in protection circuits for high-voltage transient immunity and excellent noise resistance. The HXU18 operates reliably within a temperature range of -40 to 125 and a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 20V, with a maximum load current capability of 25mA. It is available in halogen-free SOT-23 and TO-92S packages.
