The TLE4968-1K is a high-precision automotive Hall effect switch designed for demanding applications requiring superior supply voltage capability, an extended operating temperature range, and stable magnetic thresholds. With an operating supply voltage from 3.0 V to 32 V and overvoltage capability up to 42 V without an external resistor, it is ideally suited for automotive and industrial environments. This bipolar Hall effect switch features very low magnetic thresholds and a bipolar switching behavior, making it particularly effective for applications needing high sensitivity and output switching close to zero magnetic field values, such as BLDC rotor position measurement or speed and position sensing in camshaft or transmission systems.
