Product Description

Product Overview

The TLE493D-P3I8 XENSIV is a 3D Hall sensor with an SPI interface and Wake Up function. It measures magnetic fields in three orthogonal dimensions and operates as an SPI bus slave, allowing an external master device to configure the sensor and read measurement data. Developed according to ISO26262, it includes built-in diagnosis functions for functional safety up to ASIL B and a Wake Up function to activate sleeping systems. Its 3D magnetic measurement principle reduces component count, while its flexibility and configurability ensure wide application range and platform adaptability. The sensor is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100.
